Red Orchid Hotel - Kanpur

The hotel location was close to a few key attractions and easy to reach by public transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout the hotel. The breakfast offered a good variation of food and was definitely a highlight of the stay.

There was a clear lack of staffing, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. It took a while to get through to room service and the menu was very basic.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room wassuper clean and cozy. The breakfast provided was delicious. The location was convenient and easily accessible.

The location of the hotel was very convenient with easy access to transportation. the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and well-stocked bathrooms. the service was prompt and efficient, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast including options for all dietary restrictions. We especially loved the stunning view from our room overlooking the city skyline. the facilities were outstanding, including a gym, a pool, and a spa.

The noise levels were high in some areas of the hotel.

The hotel lacked proper staff attendance. We found it quite difficult to order basic food as no one picked up the phone for room service.
